Casa Shalom is home to the Little Stars Head Start, an early-childhood education program operated by Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE). Head Start is a federally-funded program for families who meet low-income guidelines. PACE provides a number of supplemental support services such as parent education and minor health care services. The Little Stars site at Casa Shalom serves 100 children ages 3-5 years in three daily sessions.
