1010 Development Corporation (1010) operates five affordable housing developments in Los Angeles with a total of 252 units. Several new developments are in the planning stages, so please check back periodically for updates.
At this time all of our existing developments are full and have closed waiting lists. When 1010 has new developments accepting applications we will post application information on our homepage. If you are looking for affordable housing now please see our Resources page for information on how to find other units. Unfortunately, Los Angeles has a severe shortage of affordable housing. If you don’t find something at first, keep checking back with those places.
