Robert Buente: Board Member

President and CEO, 1010 Development Corporation

 

Bob is President and Chief Executive Officer of 1010 Development Corporation, a nonprofit affordable housing developer and property manager.  He has experience as a low-income housing tax credit syndicator and multifamily lender where he provided debt and equity for affordable multifamily housing projects in the western United States.     

 

Bob is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute and the former Chairman of ULI-LA’s annual Urban Marketplace.  He currently serves on the Community Board of California Hospital Medical Center, a Dignity Health hospital, and chairs its Quality Control Subcommittee. He also serves as Treasurer of the South Park Community Benefit Improvement District where he sits on the Executive Committee. Prior Board experience includes Rose City Counseling Center, a nonprofit mental health provider serving low and moderate-income families and individuals in the Pasadena/San Gabriel Valley area and the Board of Directors of Temple Sinai of Glendale.
