1010 Development currently manages Casa Shalom, Hope Village, and JW Apartments. All three properties are family housing developments in the communities of Pico-Union, South Park, and Westlake/McArthur Park, respectfully.

Villa Flores is managed by 1010 Senior Housing Corporation in the South Park neighborhood.

Central Avenue Villa (CAV) is a family housing development located in the South Central neighborhood. 1010's most recent development, Casa Carmen, opened March 2019 and houses seniors 62 and older who have experienced chronic homelessness. Both these properties are managed by, Barker Management.

 

These six buildings have anchored redevelopment and revitalization of four historic Downtown Los Angeles neighborhoods. Villa Flores, Hope Village, James Wood Apartments, and Casa Shalom are original 1010 constructions. Central Avenue Villa (CAV) was acquired and rehabilitated in 2007.
