A visiting nurse, from Dignity Health - California Hospital Medical Center, provides quarterly health screening services and information to adult residents (18 years old and older). These services include:

Checks & Screening: Blood pressure, cholesterol levels, anemia, BMI and diabetes.

Referrals to local, now-cost or low-cost federally qualified clinics.
