Description. JW Apartments (JW) consists of two buildings across the street from each other approximately one-half mile from downtown Los Angeles. JW received a Green Communities Grant from Enterprise Community Partners to assist in making the project more environmentally sound.
JW has a very large community room in the north building as well as a smaller community room in the south building, both of which are available for use by local community organizations.

Services. JW is home to the Centro de Milagros childcare center, a preschool operated by the California Children’s Academy, as well as an after-school program provided by Living Into The Future Foundation. Residents and community members have nightly Zumba classes. Residents also benefit from quarterly visits by a visiting nurse from California Hospital Medical Center
